Tinubu...won't be on campaign trail quite often.

President Bola Tinubu has told his supporters that they would not be seeing less of him on campaign trail as he needs to sit back in Abuja and govern the country.
Tinubu was speaking on Wednesday during the inauguration the All-Progressives Congress presidential campaign council. He stated that the campaign for re-election should not distract his attention from prioritising governance, economic obligations and efforts to attract investors.
“You’ve warned me not to allow the rigour of the campaign to distract me from governance, I hear you. I am in full agreement with your decision. Nigeria needs more attention now,” Tinubu said.
“So, you will excuse me from going everywhere with you, we have bills to pay. The American creditors cannot wait,” Tinubu said.
He urged the campaign council to mobilise Nigerians in every ward of the country to ensure that the APC remain in power in 2027.
“This council will carry our vision, our records and our agenda to every Nigerian, and it will carry them to victory every ward of this country.”
But feelers from political observers is that Tinubu is dodging the campaign trail to avoid embarrassing moments and also, he may not be to fit to withstand the rigours of traveling to every part of the country.
At Wednesday he made a blooper while introducing his speech: “Distinguished leaders of our party, all the party members, presidential campaign council, I’ve seen my friend here that I must thank. And next will be the recognition of the director general of the presidential campaign council that we bring Governor Bola Tinubu back for a second time.”
