Reality TV star Chinenyenwa Desire Okoebor a.k.a Chichi has knocked co-star in the 2022 Big Brother Naija show Josphine Otabor a.k.a Phyna over her beef with content creator and film maker Amarachi Amusi a.k.a Ashmusy.
Phyna has been dragging Ashmusy to sign a celebrity boxing bout worth N15m, but according to Ashmusy, she would rather not enter the ring and fight Phyna out of malice, she asked for another celebrity as replacement.
Weighing in on the controversy Chichi stated that Phyna is only seeking for attention after she had faded out of the scene due to curses laid on her.
“Girl at this point, you need to take a chill. Have you ever sat down and asked yourself why people don’t want to associate their brand with you? Chichi queried.
“I am not a brokie like you nor am I desperate for fame. I was born to be famous. Those people also reached out to me in my DM, but I rejected them, because I am not desperate for fame. I grew up from the street, but I am not a mad woman. You’re a disgrace to the people from the streets. I can prove to you that most of the streets are ashamed of you because the street doesn’t behave that way. The street is not an embarrassment to the community or a nuisance”.
Since their leaving the show, Phyna and Chichi have been known sworn enemies.
Last year, Chichi alongside her friend, trashed the phyna, claiming not to know her, as she questioned if that was the name of a person or place. She stated that she doesn’t talk about trash but people while adding that she is everyone’s karma. Asking her fans to stop bringing up Phyna’s name, she added that she doesn’t want to be hearing nonsense.
Chichi had even filed an N100 million lawsuit over Phyna, as damages for Phyna’s defamatory statement against her.
