Content creator Ifeanyi Ogbonna popularly known as “Odogwu Asaba” is neck deep into trouble after text messages between him and the young lady he allegedly raped in Asaba, Delta State surfaced.
Favour Agbro a 20-year-old nursing student took her life after she was allegedly lure to Asaba and sexually assaulted and beaten by Odogwu Asaba.
In the series of text messages on WhatsApp between the victim and the suspect, she passionately pleaded with Odogwu Asaba to send her money so she could treat herself of her injuries.
From their exchanges Odogwu Asaba sent her N10,000 and then after threatened to call the police on her, if she continued to pester him.
Odogwu Asaba is currently in police custody in Asaba and was seen in a video pleading for forgiveness. However, according to Kelvin Ejumudo who is special assistant to Delta State governor on human rights, Odogwu Asaba will not escape justice.
“I must appreciate the swift response of the Nigeria Police Force Delta State Command through Area commander Effurun ACP Aliyu Shaba for the arrest of the suspect, Odogwu Asaba, who was on the run.
“A boy child that’s badly raised can become a danger to a girl child. We have monsters living amongst us as humans.”
