US list 124 Nigerian “criminals” for deportation

US department of homeland security has listed the names of 124 Nigerians, which it claimed have been convicted for various crimes.
According to the DHS the Nigerians who are being detained by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are among individuals said to have committed crimes in the country. The DHS did not specify what crime the individuals listed have committed.
According to the DHS, the move forms part of the administration’s broader immigration enforcement strategy aimed at removing undocumented migrants with criminal convictions from the United States.
In a statement accompanying the publication, the department said the operation was in line with President Donald Trump’s directive to prioritise the deportation of migrants considered threats to public safety.
“The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is highlighting the worst of worst criminal aliens arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE),” the statement said.
The Nigerians on the list include: Sunday Adediora, Sunday Kunkushi, Mkpouto Etukudoh, Marcus Unigwe, Olaniyi Ojikutu, Boluwaji Akingunsoye, Ejike Asiegbunam, Emmanuel Mayegun Adeola, Bamidele Bolatiwa, Ifeanyi Nwaozomudoh, Aderemi Akefe, Solomon Wilfred, Chibundu Anuebunwa, Joshua Ineh, Usman Momoh, Oluwole Odunowo, Bolarinwa Salau and Oriyomi Aloba.
