Osimhen...wondering what's amiss.

Top striker Victor Osimhen was reportedly offered to Barcelona by “intermediaries”, but coach Hansi Flick said he has no plans for the striker in his team.
Barcelona have already signed Anthony Gordon from Newcastle, and they are eyeing Julian Alvarez to replace veteran Robert Lewandowski, though Atletico Madrid are reluctant to let Alvarez go, Barcelona are not looking Osimhen’s way.
According to reports by Diario Sport, Barcelona have been offered the chance to sign Osimhen “through third parties” in the last few hours but the club do not see him as a priority this summer.
Meanwhile former Barca coach Pep Guardiola has backed Flicks to succeed with the club, despite not winning the Champions League twice.
“Not winning it doesn’t mean things aren’t being done very well. La Liga is what gives you consistency throughout the season, while the Champions League is different; you depend on other factors, injuries, the influence of the referees, which is significant in this competition.
“The important thing is that the team continues to grow and that they don’t think that not reaching the final means it’s a bad season. The competition that truly determines whether a season is good or bad is La Liga,” Guardiola who left Manchester City this season said.
