Osun State governor, Ademola Adeleke in a bid to boost his reelection said he would be organising a concert scheduled to hold in Osogbo.
Governor Adeleke this week announced that his nephew David Adeleke a.k.a Davido will be his director of youth mobilisation for his campaign for the election billed for November 2026.
The concert billed for April 24 will feature his son, Adebayo Adeleke, a.ka B-Red and other music artists from within and outside the state.
In a post shared on Wednesday via his X social media platform, Adeleke said: “Osun, this free Concert is for each and every one of you. I am delighted to have my son @B_RedHKN, his friends in the entertainment industry, and exciting upcoming musical acts from across Osun bringing the vibes home!”
A poster shared by the governor also listed performers billed for the event, including Peruzzi, CDQ, Fido, Shina Peters, May D, Sinarambo, Peller and Kolu Wahala, among others.
He described the concert as inclusive and non-partisan, adding, “This Get Out to Vote Concert is for everyone in Osun State — Accord, ADC, APC, LP, PDP — no political divide, just pure Osun energy!”
Adeleke further noted that the event, which will hold at the Technical Field in Osogbo on Friday, April 24, is free entry for residents, urging participation with the message, “Come out, groove, and let your voice count!”
