Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen Wednesday was spotted at a posh restaurant in Victoria Island Lagos and excited staff prayed for him to score more goals this season.
Osimhen wearing Galatasaray kit had earlier showed up at the eatery in his red 2026 Ferrari and was greeted by fans. After he had taken his order, he settled at table where he began to interact with his fans and restaurant staff.
“First of all, the food is great, and you guys are good with your customers,” he told the staff who responded with a wish that he should paint Europe red with goals this season.
Osimhen is unable to join the Super Eagles in Uyo for the African Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar after picking up a groin injury in Turkey Super League match on September 4. He is expected to be back in action against Kasımpaşa on October 9 as Galatasaray pursue their domestic and European ambition.
Before the latest injury Osimhen had contributed five goals from six matches and Galatasaray officials who had insisted he be left out of Super Eagles AFCON qualifiers will be happy to see him continue from where he stopped.
