Boris Johnson...targeted by Russia.

Former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has accused Russian President Vladmir Putin of senseless terror attacks on civilians after a train he and other top European diplomats narrowly missed being hit by a drone strike.
Russian drones in the early hours of Sunday struck a rail line at the Ukrainian-Polish border in Yahodyn; the train carrying Mr. Johnson and the diplomats had used the same track prior to the attack. According to Ukraine’s railway operator, Ukrzaliznytsia, it was possible Russia’s target was the diplomatic train, which departed earlier than schedule.
In a post on X, Mr Johnson wrote: “I don’t know what warped logic drove Putin to blow up a stationary Ukrainian locomotive on the Polish border this morning.
“What we can say for sure is that this is the kind of random and senseless attack Ukrainians are enduring every day – even on civilian railways. So far Putin has been responsible for the deaths of 1,700 staff of Ukrzaliznytsia – Ukrainian Railways. They and their daily passengers are absolutely heroic.”

German lawmaker Robin Wagener who also on the train said Russia was an “immense danger to Europe’s security.”
“And this morning I traveled by train on the same route where this attack happened,” he wrote, sharing a video of the strike. “Sometimes chance decides whether you get through safely — after Russian terrorists have already decided on the attack.”
“Russia is an immense danger to Europe’s security. Too many of us have still not realized that,” Wagener wrote. “Our support for Ukraine in defending against it is still too hesitant.”
