A 30 years old man identified as Peter Sinamai has been arrested by the Adamawa State Police for allegedly killing his father and dumping the body into a community well.
According to the police the incident occurred in Sangere, Gombi local government area of Adamawa.

Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, said Friday that the suspect was arrested following a report from residents of the community.
He said the suspect allegedly killed his father before dumping the corpse in a well.
The police said the victim’s body has been recovered from the well and deposited at a mortuary for an autopsy.
Nguroje added that the suspect will be charged to court upon the conclusion of the investigation.
