Daniel Daga...back to action.

Former Flying Eagles midfielder Daniel Daga has been cleared of sexual assault and rape following an appeal of the six months sentence slammed on him in Norway.
His club Molde FK have subsequently reach out to him to resum training.
Daga had initially been found guilty by a lower three-judge tribunal, where a two-to-one majority verdict resulted in a six-month prison sentence. However, in a major legal turnaround, the higher appeal court has completely discharged and acquitted the Nigerian player of all charges.
Reacting to the judgment, a close associate of the midfielder expressed profound relief, stating that justice had finally been served.
“This is a highly welcome development,” the associate said. “The initial trial involved a three-judge panel, where two of the judges found him guilty and sentenced him to six months imprisonment.
“We immediately appealed the decision, presented our case back to the trial court to approve the appeal request, and it was granted. The hearing was fixed for June 25 and 26, and the appeal was entirely successful. The panel consisted of seven judges, and they unanimously found him not guilty.
“Another fantastic outcome of this favorable judgment is that his club, Molde FK, has already contacted him and requested that he rejoin the team immediately,” the associate affirmed.
