Galatasaray have vowed to keep top striker Victor Osimhen for next season but would not stop the player from leaving if he so desires.
Club insider Haluk Yürekli said despite the fact Galatasaray would not sell at any price, they would not be a stumbling block, if their potent number 9 is lured by offers from mainland Europe. Arsenal, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are the clubs that have been linked to the player.
Osimhen helped the club to another Turkish League win this season with 22 goals and eight assists in 33 appearances across all competitions.
“Galatasaray has no intention of selling Victor Osimhen under any circumstances, regardless of the figures involved,” Haluk Yürekli said in an interview.
“There is only one possibility for a departure to occur: if Osimhen personally informs Galatasaray that he wants to leave.
“Only then could this matter be considered. In such a case, the negotiations would start at 150 million Euros.”
Osimhen has a contract with Galatasaray until the end of the 2028-2029 season.
