Lookman makes Atletico Madrid attack dangerous, says coach

Atlético Madrid assistant coach Luis Tevenet said Ademola Lookman has made a huge impact within such a short period since joining in January.
Tevenet noted that the Super Eagles attacking midfielder is the club’s most impactful signing in recent memory.
Tevenet believes the forward has transformed the team’s attacking threat, particularly in wide areas where Atlético had previously lacked unpredictability.
“With the arrival of Lookman, he has the speed that the team demanded,” Tevenet told AS.
“For me he (Lookman) has been one of the club’s most important signings in the last six, seven years: now Atletico is much more ambiguous on both sides.”
Lookman has scored seven goals and four assists in just 18 appearances across all competitions, a return that has strengthened the club’s push in domestic and European games.
