A Nigerian man who recently returned to his village Osisioma in Abia State was crushed to death by a speeding out of control truck.
According to eyewitness report the incident happened on Sunday along the Aba-Port Harcourt expressway, when the truck conveying goods suddenly veered off the road and crash into a fence.
According to residents of Osisioma the truck in the process hit a motorbike and three men and this include the deceased who, recently returned from an Asian country where he resides.
The Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC Abia State Sector Command, Ngozi Ezeoma confirmed the accident.
“Yes. The truck rammed into the fence and hit an Okada man.
“Three male adults were involved and one died”, she told Daily Post.
