Afrobeats super star Damini Ogulu a.k.a Burna Boy smiled to the bank from his tour of the Oceania continent; he also emerged as the first African artists to gross $1 million from a single concert.
According to figures released by Touring Data, Burna Boy achieved the feat in the Sydney stop of his “No Sign of Weakness” tour at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia, on October 18, 2025. The show grossed $1.117 million.
According to Touring Data, “No Sign of Weakness’ tour broke the record for “the highest-grossing tour by an African artist in Oceania’s history, with $3.1 million from 31,000 tickets sold across 4 shows.”
Touring Data reports that the Australian leg of the tour sold 30,946 tickets across four shows at the average price of $100.94 per ticket and revenue of $772,791 average per show.
The “No Sign of Weakness” tour was held across 20 shows in three continents, North America, Europe and Oceania.
Burna Boy is now the first African artist in history to gross over $1 million from a single concert in 3 continents.
