A man has showed up and posted on X social media platform that he is the real dad of Afrobeats singer, Ahmed Ololade a.k.a Asake.
This is coming days after the singer surprised both his parents with Sports Utility Vehicles. The video of the claim has gone viral on social media. According to the man, he sired Asake when he was a teenager and was not ready to be a father to his son and he gave him up for adoption.
He stated: “A lot of people do not know that I was a teenage father. When I was a teenager I had a son, and I ended up giving him up for adoption, mostly because I just didn’t care.”
So far Asake has not made any public statement on the claim by the stranger.
In March 2025 his dad Fatai Odunsi alleged that the singer abandoned him while he is suffered a stroke. The singer later made up with him.
And last week surprised his mother with a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon G63 worth N311m and then later Mr. Odunsi with a 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado valued at about N130m.
